Change of mind
Request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies and you are responsible for return delivery costs; the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Faults, damage and consumer guarantees
Tell us promptly and include clear photos where helpful. No restocking fee applies to an Australian Consumer Law remedy. We will guide you through assessment and the appropriate repair, replacement or refund option.
How to return an item
Sign in to your account or contact Useful Bit with the order number and product details before sending anything back. If Useful Bit arranges a courier collection, that means a courier collects the approved return from your delivery address; it is never a store or warehouse pickup option. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and assessed.
